I'm an American and I'm Angry with Crazies

At 4:03pm PST today there was a shooting a block from my favorite comic book shop in Downtown Seattle -- the shooting occured at the Jewish Federation Center and initial reports are that the lone gunman gained access to the secured building, claimed he was a "Muslim American" and "Angry at Israel" before opeing fire, killing 1 and injuring 5, appearently all women aged 19-43, one pregnant.

I certainly hope this crazy fucker isn't American beause Americans do not settle political and religious differences on fellow citizens by using violence -- this is NOT some miserable little country where the only way to be heard is by creating violence.

While I'm all about freedom of expression -- there ARE other ways of expressing discontent.

Really though, I just want to let people like that know -- do NOT bring your problems to my city.
